We have been to this place multiple times just because of the room, pool and since its nearby to our place. Their service is pathetic. They charge so much but their ala cart is useless. 90% of items from their menu is never available. Even for a simple butter fulka they didn’t have butter and made it in ghee.Biggest Con - The narrow road to enter the resort is pathetic. And the owner doesn’t give a damn about it. Pot holes , puddles and huge stones which literally damaged our car. Infact our car got stuck in the puddle and there was no help. We were stuck for 1 hr trying to remove our car and even the owner passed by and commented “You’ll require a tow truck or else the car wont move” and ignored and went. This is beyond disgusting.Fortunately there was a villager passing by who helped us genuinely and called for a towing van.Overall its overpriced according to the service.
It's a good place to enjoy with ur gang. The service is prompt. The staff is hard working and their efforts to keep the customer happy is seen.There r no shops nearby however u can ask Sahil (waiter) to get wotever is required and he is happy to help.
Food was worst and they charge you high...rooms are not cleaned and bedsheets were torn. Also most of the times there was no water in the bathroom n we have to call everytime...basic thing like ice creams was not available. When we asked for peanuts for chakhna it was not available...there is no washroom in the pool area so if you want to pee you have to go to your room..
If i could give 0 stars i would have done that ..crowd was pathetic.. my husband and I wanted to relax and this place is not safe for any women. There were around 20-25+ drunk men out shouting all abusive language. Service is horrible menu should be thrown into the dustbin because what ever we wanted to order they said it's not there and did not even say sorry about it.. windows could not be locked from inside or outside and any random person can come into the room. Ceiling and holes and fan condition was horrible. Also AC temp cannot be adjusted. It was so unsafe that my husband n i got out from that place in less that 8 hours. Overall worst place and worst crowd. Its not safe for families or women, this place is only for drunk people who want to get drunk.
Facilities were top notch and even the staff were very cooperative and worked as per our given schedule..Food arrangement done for a larger group was superbly managed..and food was served as per our plan..rooms were clean and garden area very attractive and peaceful..seperate cottage rooms were also pleasant for view and sleeping. Their cleaning staff did a fabulous job. 👏👏All and all a very soothing and relaxing experience for short vacay.
